Cosmoprof Asia 2026: Custom Cosmetic Packaging Manufacturer
We are back at AsiaWorld-Expo this November. Hall 11, booth J04. 10 to 12 November 2026.
Sourcing jars for a launch? A booth beats a catalogue.
You can open the jar. You can drop it. You can feel the wall thickness with your thumb.

1. Where to find us
Cosmoprof Asia 2026. Hong Kong AsiaWorld-Expo. Booth 11-J04. 10 to 12 November 2026.
Hall 11 is the packaging side. Take the escalator. Follow the 11 corridor until you reach J.
We are on the corner. The sample wall faces the aisle. You will see it before you see the sign.
2. What is on the table
No brochures under glass. Samples you can pick up.
- Cream jars, 15g to 200g. PET, PP and acrylic. Single wall and double wall.
- Airless bottles and airless jars, 15ml to 100ml.
- Lotion bottles, foam pumps, sprayers, droppers.
- Glass jars and perfume bottles for the premium end.
- Decoration panels: silk screen, hot stamp, UV, soft touch, frosted.
Two panels deserve a minute.
The frosted one is mould-etched, not sprayed. Rub it. The texture runs through the wall.
The soft touch one has taken twenty wipes of 75% alcohol. It still feels the same. Sprayed versions do not.
We also work as a private label skincare packaging supplier for smaller brands. Same moulds. Different artwork.
3. Three questions we can settle at the booth
Most packaging questions die in email. Three do not survive a tabletop.
Will my formula work in this jar? Bring 50ml of your cream. We will talk through liners and resins. Then which combination crazes in six months and which holds. If you have a failed part at home, bring it. That beats any spec sheet.
Will this decoration survive my market? Hot stamp on frosted behaves nothing like hot stamp on gloss. Both are on the table. You can see the edge lift before you pay for a tool.
What paperwork comes with the order? Resin grade. SDS. Heavy metal and phthalate reports. Change notice. Every buyer asks eventually. November is cheaper than March.
4. What one-stop means, in order
The phrase gets used loosely. Here is the actual sequence.
Concept and artwork. 3D rendering. Mould design. Mould cutting. Injection moulding. Decoration. Assembly. Inspection. Export packing.
Moulding, decoration and assembly sit in one 50,000 m2 site in Guangzhou.
That is the part that matters. When a colour drifts, or a thread binds, the person who fixes it is two buildings away. Not two time zones.
So custom cosmetic packaging manufacturer means one thing here. The tool is cut in-house. And the second version of your jar does not need a new supplier.
5. Bring one thing
Bring one of these two.
A filled sample of your current product. We weigh it. We measure the cavity. Then we tell you whether the 50g you pay for is really 50g.
Or a spec sheet with four numbers. Net fill. Density. Bore. Target unit weight.
Either takes less time than reading a catalogue.
6. If Hong Kong is too far
Not everyone can fly in November. Three alternatives, in the order they work.
WhatsApp a photo of the jar you are replacing, plus the fill weight. We send back a mould reference and a capacity table.
Ask for a sample box. Courier is yours. Samples are not.
Book a video call and we walk the line. Moulding, printing, assembly, one shot. Not the same as a booth. Still better than a PDF.
Even that filters the field. Ask a cosmetic jar manufacturer for a live line video. A trader sends a stock clip.
One warning about search. Type “cosmetic packaging factory China” and you get hundreds of trading companies. Ask for a mould list and a line video. A factory answers. A trader forwards your email.

8. See you in November
We have worked this show before. Hong Kong is where distribution deals get tested. It is also where a range either travels or does not.
Four things came up all year. A cream jar that survives transit. An airless pack that actually empties. A closure that does not leak. A decoration that outlives the first shipment.
All four are on the table. Check them with your own hands.
Anyone who has bought from a cream jar manufacturer knows the gap. The drawing says 3mm. The sample feels like 2.5mm. A booth closes that gap in ten seconds.
We are a custom cosmetic packaging manufacturer, not a trading desk. The people at booth 11-J04 are the people who will run your tool.
Wholesale cosmetic jars start at 10,000 pcs. Samples are arranged before the show, not at it.
See you in Hong Kong.
Where this sits
The range on the table runs 15g to 200g across the cream jar category. Tooling and decoration policy sit on the OEM page. For the shows behind this one, see two years of trade shows. To book a slot before you fly, use the contact page.
