Module 01
Color Customization
Choose from the full PANTONE C / U / TPX color guides, or send us your own reference — a swatch, a physical sample, or your brand color code. We match brand-exclusive shades, gradients, metallic, matte, and custom effect finishes.
A physical sample is produced in 7–10 days against your confirmed color reference for inspection — ΔE ≤ 1.5, ≥95% reproduction accuracy. Mass production starts only after your sample approval.

Branding & logo design
Backed by a professional in-house design team, JXPACK delivers full-process branding support — from artwork file optimization and precision 3D modeling to exclusive private mold customization, helping you realize differentiated product forms.
Every label is built to your brief — bottle shape defines the printable area and logo placement. Choose from silk-screen printing, hot stamping, labeling, or UV printing to match your brand finish.
Still finalizing your label direction? Share your brand tone, product positioning, and visual references — our designers create a personalized label and print-ready artwork free of charge. Production only begins after you sign off, so the result aligns with your brand DNA and lifts on-shelf recognition.

Capacity & sizing
Our best-selling cosmetic packaging sizes span 30ml to 180ml — 30, 40, 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, and 180ml — the standard cosmetic bottle and jar capacities for lotions, essences, face creams, and toners.
Outside that range? We also keep travel size cosmetic bottles in stock — 5ml, 10ml, 15ml, 20ml — for samples and trial packs, plus large capacity cosmetic packaging and bulk cosmetic jars — 200ml, 300ml, 400ml, 500ml, 800ml, 1000ml — for home, salon, and institutional use.

Module 06
Shape & structure
A single bottle body accepts multiple dispensing systems — foam pumps, lotion pumps, sprayers pumps, droppers, and stoppers — each matched to your formulation's viscosity and application, from cleansers and lotions to mists and makeup removers.
For cream jars, closure liners are selected by sealing requirement — pressure-sensitive, pulp, foam, aluminum-foil induction seals, silicone, EVA, or PE — engineered for air-tight, leak-proof performance and extended shelf life across viscosity and pH profiles.
Closures are custom-molded in matched color and finish — with precise torque, tactile grip, and geometry — so every detail aligns with your brand while improving the end-user experience.
Module 07
Material selection
JXPACK works with the full range of cosmetic packaging materials — glass, PET, PETG, PP, acrylic, and aluminum — plus sustainable options including PCR resin, sugarcane bioplastic, and refillable mono-material systems.
Each material is selected against four criteria — your brand positioning, formula compatibility (alcohol, essential oils, acids, actives), barrier performance (oxygen, moisture, UV), and end-use scenario — balancing premium aesthetics, regulatory compliance, recyclability, and cost.
Sustainability is engineered in, not added on — select PCR resin up to 100%, refillable bottle systems, and mono-material constructions to meet retailer ESG targets and EU circular-economy regulations.
