1. Collection & Resin Sorting

Plastic recycling starts with classifying post - consumer packages by resin type (e.g., PET for bottles, PP for caps) and color — the key to consistent recycling quality.

2. Shredding & Eco - Washing

Collected plastics are shredded into flakes, then cleaned with biodegradable detergents to remove labels, oils, and makeup residues.
