InterCHARM Moscow 2026: A Sourcing Guide for Cosmetic Packaging Buyers

By JXPACK

If you buy packaging for a beauty brand, a distributor, or a private label programme, there is one week this autumn you should keep clear. From 14 to 17 October 2026, the Russian beauty industry converges on Crocus Expo for InterCHARM. JXPACK will be there, in Pavilion 3, Hall 15.

This is not a general "come and see us at the show" post. Written below is what a packaging buyer actually needs before flying in: which hall is worth your time, what the market looks like this year, and how to work the floor without wasting the four days.

Why October 2026 is different

InterCHARM used to run twice a year. That has changed. The organisers have retired the spring edition, which leaves one show per year going forward.

For buyers that cuts both ways: fewer opportunities to meet the supply side face to face, and a far more concentrated crowd when you do. For suppliers, the same logic applies. A single annual event tends to attract the visitors who arrive with real budgets and real timelines, rather than a passing interest.

Which hall you should walk into first

InterCHARM fills five halls of Pavilion 3, and each has its own character. Halls 13 and 14 lean towards finished cosmetics, perfumery and household care. Hall 17 covers hair and nails. Hall 18 is professional skincare and aesthetic medicine.

Hall 15 is the one for anyone sourcing rather than selling. It is the Production Solutions hall, where raw materials, ingredients, labelling and packaging sit alongside OEM and ODM manufacturers. If your list for this trip reads jars, bottles, pumps, tubes or compacts, you could spend all four days in Hall 15 and still not get through it.

The Russian market right now

Russia's cosmetics, perfume and personal care market came in at roughly $11.4 billion in 2025, up about 17% year on year. That growth is unfolding while the supply map is being redrawn. Shelf space that once belonged to European labels has opened up, and local brands, importers and private label operators have been rebuilding their supply chains, frequently toward Asia.

Packaging is usually the first problem a brand has to solve when it launches or reformulates. Which means that in this market, a packaging conversation can move into a real order quickly, provided you are standing in front of someone who can actually make the part.

What JXPACK will have on the stand

We manufacture cosmetics packaging, and we have done only that for fifteen years.

The range on the stand covers most of what a skincare, colour cosmetics or body care line needs. It starts with cream jars in PET and wide-mouth formats, runs through airless and vacuum bottles for active formulas, and continues into fine-mist and lotion sprayers, dropper bottles, foam pumps, roller bottles, tubes and compact powder cases. Decoration happens under our own roof as well: silk screen, hot stamping, UV and spray coating, and colour matching to your brand palette.

What we are really offering is the ability to take a sketch through to a filling line. JXPACK is a factory, not a trading desk. Our 50,000 sqm plant in Guangzhou holds tooling, injection and decoration under one roof, and the existing mould library already covers a large share of common jar and bottle profiles. That is usually the difference between a six-week project and a six-month one.

Certifications are in place for the markets we serve, including ISO 9001, FDA, FSSC 22000, REACH and GPSR. For custom development, MOQ starts at 10,000 pcs, and we send free samples so you can judge the quality before committing to anything.

How to work the show efficiently

Four days sounds generous. It is not.

Bring a physical brief, not a folder of reference images. The suppliers worth talking to will ask about fill weight, material and closure type within the first three minutes. If you cannot answer, you get a brochure instead of a conversation.

Walk the hall before you talk to anyone. Ten minutes of reconnaissance tells you which stands match your category and which are simply the biggest.

Ask who owns the tooling. If you are developing a custom mould, find out who holds it and what happens on the day you want to move.

Put your priority meetings on days one and two. By the afternoon of day three, the strongest suppliers are booked out and their best samples are gone.

Come as a decision-maker, or bring one. The show's own research places 85% of attendees in the decision-making or influencing group. Your competitors are inside that number.

Frequently Asked Questions

What are the InterCHARM 2026 dates and opening hours?
The show runs 14-17 October 2026 at Crocus Expo IEC in Krasnogorsk. Halls are open 10:00-18:00 from the 14th to the 16th, and 10:00-16:00 on the final day. Keep that shorter last day in mind when you book flights.

Which hall should a packaging buyer visit at InterCHARM?
Hall 15, the Production Solutions hall. It groups raw materials, ingredients, labelling and packaging suppliers together with OEM and ODM manufacturers. For anyone sourcing jars, bottles, pumps or tubes, it is the most efficient use of four days on the calendar.

What should I look for in a cosmetic packaging supplier for Russia?
Own production rather than trading, verifiable certifications, prior export experience, and the ability to handle both stock items and custom tooling. Ask directly who owns the mould and how lead times hold up in peak season.

Does JXPACK supply PET cream jars and airless bottles?
Yes. PET and wide-mouth cream jars, plus airless bottles, are two of our main categories. They sit alongside spray bottles, dropper bottles, pumps, roller bottles, tubes and compacts, with custom decoration available in-house.

Can samples be sent before the exhibition?
Yes. We send free samples to qualified projects. Message us on WhatsApp at +86 180 2713 9835 or through jxpack.com and we will arrange shipment.
