17 October 2026. That is the date cosmetics distributed in Indonesia must carry BPJPH halal certification under Government Regulation No. 42/2024 — and it falls just two weeks after the show closes. Packaging sits directly inside that conversation. Buyers are already asking for material declarations, animal-origin-free statements and traceability documents alongside their quotes.
